My son and his girlfriend bought me a star and a square of one of these spinners last Christmas. They really are fascinating and so mesmerizing.

Oooh, I love heart shapes! Here in the U.S., I've never heard of windspinners. Perhaps we call them something else like: "Whirley-Gigs" :)
