Oooh, I love heart shapes! Here in the U.S., I've never heard of windspinners. Perhaps we call them something else like: "Whirley-Gigs" :)
Oh, what a lovely shape and sooooo shiny! It would be spinning contantly here today, as apparently the theme is all about gusty-ness :~)
