I was there about 2 years ago and it was sooo beautiful, it's well worth seeing!!! I love New Zealand so much - it truly is Middle Earth.

This place is just magical, it never occurred to me as I watching the film that it was an actual place rather than a mock-up!

This time of the year is just right for Hobbits,mushrooms and nice juicy bacon!! Tolkien was a genius and although there are many wonderful fantasy writers the incredible intelect and knowledge of Tolkien is paramount. Magic words!!

Wouldn't it be fun if one could spend the night in this fantasy Middle Earth?? Can't wait for the Hobbit movie to come out! Maybe we should all just put a secret hidden round door somewhere....
